1. Who processes the data

The personal data controller is Altyn Click (Almaty, Kazakhstan). For any questions about data processing, contact me on Telegram @altynclick or WhatsApp.

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

2. What data is collected

Only what you enter in the request form yourself:

• your name;
• your phone number or Telegram username;
• a link to your website, Instagram or 2GIS — if you provided one;
• a promo code and selected add-ons — if you provided them;
• ad link tags (utm), if you arrived via such a link.

In addition, the site uses Yandex Metrica for visit statistics. It collects anonymised visit data (pages viewed, referral source, device type) and uses cookies to do so. Session recording (Webvisor) is turned off. You can block cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working.

3. Why

To reply to your request: prepare a free audit and discuss the project and terms. The data is not used for mailings and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

4. How data is transferred and where it is stored

• The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The form sends data over a secure connection (HTTPS) to the site’s server function.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from spam by checking that a person, not a bot, is sending the request.
• The function forwards the request as a message via a Telegram bot to the controller’s private chat, where it is stored.

5. How long it is kept

Until the purpose is fulfilled — that is, until our communication about the request or project ends — but no longer than 12 months after the last contact. Sooner if you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

You can find out what data of yours is stored, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, message me on Telegram or WhatsApp (links in section 1). Requests are handled within a reasonable time, usually a few working days.

7. Consent

By ticking the box in the request form, you consent to the processing of this data under the terms of this policy. Requests cannot be sent without consent.
